Return & Refund Policy

At Kidorah, we value your trust and want to ensure you have a satisfying shopping experience. While we take utmost care in delivering quality products, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.


Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase


Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items in your package

Note: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items used, worn, or washed
  • Size/Color dislikes (if same as ordered)
  • Custom or personalized items


Return Process

1.Contact our support team at kalallalit369@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +918114473589 within 48 hours of receiving the product.


2. Attach photo/video evidence of the issue.


3. Once approved, you must ship the product back to us within 5 working days.


Note:

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.


  • Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your source account (UPI/card/wallet).


  • In case of COD orders, store credit or bank transfer will be provided (customer must share details).

Final Note

  • Our goal is to be transparent and fair. Please make unboxing videos if possible, especially for fragile items - this helps us process returns faster in case of damage.
