Cash on Delivery (COD) – Conditions
COD is available only on selected products, based on size, price, and shipping location.
You will see the COD option at checkout only if your selected item(s) qualify.
COD orders may be verified via phone call or WhatsApp before shipping.
We may charge a small COD handling fee on certain orders.

Once your payment is successful (or your COD order is confirmed), you will receive an order confirmation on your email or WhatsApp.

💸 Refunds & Failed Payments
Prepaid orders eligible for return will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For COD orders, refund (if applicable) will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after receiving the returned product.
Failed online payments (amount deducted but order not placed) are usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
